Feeling anxious during certain times is normal (Like befor a big exam, game, performance, interview, etc.) is totally normal and just a symptom of being human.

However, if you start having these symptoms all the time and it's effecting your life, then it could be a sign of a bigger problem with anxiety.

Feeling nervous all the time.

Feeling helpless. Having a constant sense of panic or doom.

Increased heart rate.

(hard time breathing / catching your breath)

Hyperventilation

Feeling weak or tired

Can't control your worry.

Trouble concentrating

or thinking about anything other than

the present worry

Sweating

Trouble Sleeping

Trembling

/Shaking

Trying to avoid anything that could trigger anxiety.

Again, occasionally having these is completely normal.  But if you are having them every day and it's impacting your life, you are not alone! You need to get help and learn how to get your anxiety under control.
