In fact, Health Psychologist Kelly McGonigal from the University of Wisconsin-Madison has a lot of new research that proves this.

The research followed 29,000 people over 8 years and discovered that how you view stress is more important than the actual amount of stress in your life.

But if you look at it as something positive, energizing, and challenging - then that could help.
